We strive to keep our services continuously available, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

4. Intellectual Property

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the damage.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. We will first try to resolve disputes through mutual consultation. If this fails, Dutch courts have jurisdiction.
