We retain your data as long as you have an active account with Happy Bday.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

If you don't log in for 2 years, we send a reminder. After 3 years of inactivity, we delete your account and all data.

7.3 Deleted Accounts

When you delete your account, we delete all personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes.

7.4 Legal Retention Obligation

In certain cases, we are legally required to retain data longer (e.g., financial administration).
